Once you create a MyCanvas account, you will not be able to update the email address. If you wish to have a MyCanvas account with a different email address, please create a new account. You may request the deletion of an old account by emailing us at help@mycanvas.com. Please note, we will not be able to transfer any saved projects to a different account.

If you would like order updates sent to another email address than the email on your account, please contact us and we will be happy to provide status updates to your preferred email address.
